Liza is a highly experienced senior policy maker, strategic thinker and system leader, with a passion for putting user needs, service design and digital transformation at the heart of public service delivery.  

She has an extensive and diverse range of knowledge and skills gained over almost 20 years as a civil servant in the Scottish Government - from policy, strategy and business case development through to project and programme management, delivery, implementation and transformational change - all with a focus on improving lives and outcomes for people, places and communities.
